Awaken and align your body in this new yoga course! Each session is 90 minutes long, starting with a deep relaxation to ready yourself for the class, after which you will learn the basic principles for Hatha yoga in Svaroopa®️ style through different themes: Daily Practice Core Openning Abdominals Backbends Standing Poses Svaroopa® Yoga poses target your spinal tensions, dissolving them to open up interior space in your body. You breathe easier. You get taller as you get happier. To ensure that you have the best experience and benefit from your online or your personal yoga practice, we require that you have in each class a minimum of the following: 3 blankets 2 yoga blocks Chair ...or some substitutes - be inventive! Wear comfortable clothing and keep a sweatshirt, pair of socks, and a bottle of water nearby! (We offer to our European students the opportunity to purchase 3 blankets and 2 yoga blocks for 111EUR incl. postage. Contact us for more details)
To cancel or reschedule a block of yoga classes, we require a minimum of 3 days prior to course start. To cancel or reschedule a retreat, we require a minimum of 1 month prior to the retreat date.
